Showing someone your true feelings is a lot like showing them your ass. While it's certainly appropriate to show it to some people (and being absolutely unwilling to show it ever indicates some kind of trauma,) most don't want to see that, and most of those that do will not use it well.

Thank you for your interest, but alas, my ass is off-limits to all gentleman-type folk sans dotheranon :P

As for my true feelings? Might take years, if at all. Too early to tell.
