Found SeventyPercent.com, the posh chocolate review site, via this Salon article (registration/view free add required, blahda blah) on the nouveau chocolate snobbery.

I don't think I'm a chocolate snob, as such - I mean, I think that dark chocolate M&Ms are one of the finest things I've come across in the past few years (please make more!), but the article does make a point about the difference between base candy and the truly fine sensual experience of a good chocolate. However, I can't cotton to the connoisseurial habit of pontification before digging in, talk about "all talk no action".

But letting it melt on your tongue is VERY HEAVEN....

Note to self: watching "Deadwood" too soon - like, a week - after the Serenity screening makes me talk - and write - like I've got a corn pone in my mouth. Gotta start reading Chaucer's blog again to wash it out....

Ooooooo! Not a familiar wrapper/package, but I'll certainly be watching for it now that I know. And, if I don't have any luck, I can always go down the road and find out when the next Bernard Callebaut factory tour is. :-)
