Don't Go Texas

While the fact that dildos are illegal to sell in Texas wasn't news to me, I find it astounding that this law is actually being enforced!

Actually, I'm not sure which is more disturbing, that this woman was arrested for selling a sex toy or that undercover narcotics officers are being employed to uncover such "crimes". I'm no fan of punitive drug laws but surely there is enough illegal drug trafficking/use in Texas that their narcotics officers shouldn't be wasting their time on this!!

My family almost moved to Houston when I was in 7th grade, but backed out. Thank the makers - I don't think I would have survived!

Oy, the law only says selling 'em is illegal. Which, theoretically, means that dropping free samples is quite legal.

!! Aha, a loophole! Maybe we can organize for donations to the needy people of Texas.
