Don't Go Texas

While the fact that dildos are illegal to sell in Texas wasn't news to me, I find it astounding that this law is actually being enforced!

Actually, I'm not sure which is more disturbing, that this woman was arrested for selling a sex toy or that undercover narcotics officers are being employed to uncover such "crimes". I'm no fan of punitive drug laws but surely there is enough illegal drug trafficking/use in Texas that their narcotics officers shouldn't be wasting their time on this!!

My family almost moved to Houston when I was in 7th grade, but backed out. Thank the makers - I don't think I would have survived!

These things are always more successful when there's a celebrity associated with 'em. Think we could get Dubya to endorse it? >:-)

Maybe next time the Democrats are taking refuge in another state to avoid voting on the illegal and blatantly partison redistricting efforts of the Republican governor, they could pick up a few hundred to hand out at the next rally. That oughta get them a few votes come next election! ;)

Somehow, I don't think he'd be very credible. Besides, then he'd get more of the female vote and we can't have THAT.
