The Birthday Poll

Normally, I don't make a big fuss about my birthday. After about age 21, they don't seem to matter as much, and I usually don't tell friends when it is because I don't want them to feel obligated to buy gifts and otherwise make a fuss on a day that isn't that "landmark-y" anymore.

However, my 30th is coming up, and this seems worth celebrating, or at least making note of (notice: I'm not one of those people who greets my 30th birthday with dread and horror, far from it. I like even numbers, if nothing else :P).

It should involve Hawaiian shirts of some sort. Don't ask me for more details, because I don't have 'em. Still, I must insist on Hawaiian shirts, particularly on cute girls. :)
