The Birthday Poll

Normally, I don't make a big fuss about my birthday. After about age 21, they don't seem to matter as much, and I usually don't tell friends when it is because I don't want them to feel obligated to buy gifts and otherwise make a fuss on a day that isn't that "landmark-y" anymore.

However, my 30th is coming up, and this seems worth celebrating, or at least making note of (notice: I'm not one of those people who greets my 30th birthday with dread and horror, far from it. I like even numbers, if nothing else :P).

So I put it to you all:

You have no idea how glad I am to hear that. =) I swore off more big parties though until I hit forty, so I've got eight more years to figure out a good plan. =)
