Was at a very classy wedding most of yesterday. The couple were elegant, the bride lovely, the food fantastic, and the conversation better :)

In dressing for this shindig, I discovered that I have only one summer(ish) skirt to my name, and no dresses of any kind. Rectified the former today, and at D.'s urging I'll keep an eye out for the latter, assuming I can find one that fits and doesn't make me look like a linebacker wearing a doily :P

Fenced this morning and figured out that intermittent "cold flashes" on my back foot are due to my tendency to roll it to the outside. I'm consciously correcting this wobbliness on the strip and off.

Tired and didn't do half the sewing I'd planned to do this weekend. Did read a lot of A Dirty Job in quiet moments and it's hysterical ("Kitty!")

We have this book in our collection along with two other Christopher Moore books, "You Suck!" and "Blood Sucking Fiends". We loved it. The other two are vampire related. I'm hoping we can eventually add more of his books to our collection. We've been reading more then watching TV lately.
