I've been doing a lot of repetitive stuff at work and listening to audio dramas while I do it. Among the best are Metamor City (original) and Buffy Between the Lines (fan written; takes place between seasons 5 and 6).

Have you ever checked out Decoder Ring Theatre? Their audio dramas are quite well-written and produced.
