I'm going to be spending a lot of time in airports/planes at irregular hours over the next month, so I stopped off at the library to pick up "fluff" (not non-fiction/hardcore academic) reading:

A Dirty Job

Bottom of the queue because the library didn't have 'em in: Crystal Rain, Honor of the Queen.

Ok, perhaps not fluffy (I thought, "historic fiction =! super crunchy"). Is it at least good, when I have time to dig in?

Warning: Dorothy Dunnett is *not* light. It's historical fiction, but it's got a complex plot, very deep characters, and a wonderful use of language. Fluffy it ain't, but it's magnificent. Enjoy!
