Not completely unexpected - the stars did not align; the magic just didn't happen on the strip this evening. I know why - I'm tired and my stomach's still upset, and besides, everyone has an off night.

I still feel like a wuss though :P I fence in a club with fencers twice my age who can clean the floor with me and still kick ass tomorrow, and I'm all undone by one day of short sleep.

I'll get there, I'll get there....

Getting less sleep doesn't do you any favors, I know firsthand. Please try not to be too hard on yourself.

Don't feel bad, or like a wuss, they may be twice your age but they probably have more fencing experience and stamina built up.

The time will come when you hold your own against them and eventually you'll beat some of them. Good luck.
