MyPodder (www.podcastready.com) is free and available for PC. You may want to download AutoPodder (http://www.podcastready.com/download.php) as it's specifically compatible with Vista.

As for Vista, I'm glad I switched to Macs. I didn't have much more calm for Microsoft to damage!
