idea sharing and such

A couple of weeks ago I came across Roundtuit, a place to share "useful, doable" ideas that you'll never get around to doing yourself in the hopes that someone else might.
Most of the entries there seem to address programming or other techie stuff, but I've thought that it might be a useful sort of thing to have for other creative endeavors: the costume you don't have the knowhow to make, the idea for a book that you're never going to find the time to write, the fascinating subject that you think "gee, someone ought to look into that..."
Someone ought to do a "Firefly" themed pub night - not just a hotel room at a con, but something stand alone and fully realized, complete with guy on banjo playing "The Hero of Canton", mudder's milk, and "management not responsible for ball failure" sign. Costumes strictly reinforced; extra points if you actually know what the Chinese cursing means :P
Someone ought to create a group blog like Chaucer Hath Blog, only using Shakespearean English, for SCAdians/Rennies so they can practice staying in character.
Someone can feel free to gack this dream and turn it into an RPG - I might even participate, but after 2 years it's fair to say I'm not going to build it myself :P
Of course, none of these are useful and their doability is questionable, but there it is.
What ideas do y'all have that you're never, ever going to do?
