Just realized one of the nicer things about living in this area.....

No roadside billboards :)

At least none on the Beltway or in the District, that I can remember. I wonder if its a local law or something.

It's not so much a law that the DC area has, so much as a person the DC area doesn't have. That person is the man who made his money reinventing the marketing of and then selling billboards before moving on to other media... Ted Turner

Of course... this explains why Atlanta is such an eyesore in this regard...
