An evening of styles, design details, and fashion through the ages,
including items from the Laurel Museum collection. With speaker Marilyn
Johnson, designer, seamstress and history costumer. FREE. Presented by
the Laurel Historical Society. As a special attraction, the
next-door-Laurel Museum will be open from 6:00 p.m.-7:15 p.m. Visit
"Stories from The Attic: 10 Years of Collecting" See a gown worn by
First Lady Mamie Eisenhower and discover the shops & owners on whom
generations of local women depended for fashion advice.
