anotheranonFencing... aggh! Took too long changing into gear and got paired with 2 ignoramuses (there was an odd number tonight, so it was 2 against one, splitting the drill). For the first time in a long time I nearly lost my temper - these two did not seem to have a clue what to do and wouldn't really "attack", which meant I couldn't do the parries we were trying to learn... technical enough yet? Let's just say it frustrated my whole evening; I didn't stay long for free fencing.
I've been in a cranky mood all week - I don't know whether its the blinding dullness of 8 hours a day for the past 5 days solid HTML cleanup (even Art Bell and Joseph Campbell do not provide enough mental relief), or the fact that the few interruptions I've taken to work on other things have been theaters of indecisive circular debate where nothing ever gets done....Its probably a combination of numerous things going on in work and outside of it, which I am working to resolve.
I came home after fencing and unwound a bit.... Feeling much better, but should probably get to bed or I will have another sleepy morning where I will have to drink coffee to prevent ocular fall out, thus adding to the crankiness.....
Nuff for now. Off to bed with new book "Tribe of the Tiger" about feline behavior. Trying to learn more about my two Fisheater cuties...
