I especially thought of tommdroid when I saw this one: build your own Dalek. If you need a Dalek, that is - given their indiscriminate "exterminate" setting it might not be the best solution to that cockroach problem....

But if that gets too frustrating you can just chill out with some old-school absinthe (from betnoir). Not that I know whether it's any better than the new kinds - I've never had either. Come to think of it, I'm not sure I've had licorice either...
