.....this is what I gather Rick Mercer's job is, from jlsjlsjls' accounts and his Monday Report website. I've not had the pleasure of seeing the show but JLS exhorts me to share with you all - perhaps if you're nearer the border than I you can get a look at this and tell me what it's about!

Edit, 9:45 pm: Further illumination found the same way I found the blog in the first place, through FriendsFriends - therealjae has many Mercer links. Evidently he was responsible for Talking to Americans, in which it is revealed that the Canadian minute is longer than the American minute, yet Canadian hours only have 22 minutes total. I mean, it's like a whole other country up there!
