Just got up this morning and I feel fine.
Well, not perfect - in addition to my back I'm recovering from the tail end of a UTI, and it's entirely too early to be up - but last night I was having problems walking and sitting I was in so much pain. This morning - nothing.
I'm not going to look a gift spine in the mouth, but this is really odd.

Date: 2005-06-03 02:58 am (UTC)Genuine and non-trivial muscle *damage* doesn't go away overnight, but if the muscle is just exhausted or glycogen depleted, it will be super weak, and that can readily lead to spasms or cramps, just like after any draining exercise. If it is glycogen, that can be restored somewhat in a couple hours, and even more overnight, if you ate enough carbs. (BTW if you think that's it, take 5-10g of fenugreek with the carbs. There's something in there that increases glycogen resynthesis dramatically.)
I don't know if that's it or not, but that is something that can happen. As long as it's all better now!
