Woke up this morning with itchy eyes and a sore throat. The eyes are a dead giveaway - allergy season has landed :P

I took a perverse pleasure in cutting the kitty oat grass for my cats this morning - the evil little pollinating bastards deserve it!

Time to hit the java...

Hope you feel better, sweetie. One-sided sinus problems are the pits! I always feel like I'm walking around with half my head under water when that happens.

There's Gandalf as well ... every time I see him I think of that song, "A Wizard's Staff Has A Knob On The End." :P

I think I'd feel better if I felt awful ... if that makes sense. I feel just fine, other than an awareness of the blocked sinus. As long as I keep my head perfectly upright. If I tilt it or turn too quickly, it either all sloshes into the right sinus or out, requiring a sudden dash for the tissues. Since it's very difficult to do ANYTHING without moving one's head, I'm resigned to reading and watching old movies (right now, it's Support Your Local Gunfighter ... James Garner is very good for taking a girl's mind off her nasal woes)
