Today my body decided to break down.

Woke up with acid reflux, promptly followed by dramatic, er, bowel upset once I got up and moving.

Once these were resolved, I finally ate and developed the caffiene-deprivation headache that had clearly been maliciously lying in wait all day (upset innards + caffiene = probably bad, so no coffee today). After a trip to the grocery which included Excedrin Tension Headache pickup (thank you for the recommendation, shemhazai), D. made me lie down in a dark room (shut your filthy mind :P), and I have to say it definitely helped :)

I'm finally recovering from my skull-crusher and trying to salvage what's left of the day for sewing while watching more teevee: The last episode of Regency House Party and some Battlestar Galactica.

Regrettably finding more televisual feasting, though some of it may turn out to be little better than McDonalds for the mind: UFO Files and Conspiracy? Yes, I was a Lone Gunman in a former life :P

Skull-crusher. Oh, boy - that is perfectly descriptive. Poor thing - I sympathize. I also use the Excedrin, but the Migraine Relief blend. Probably much the same as the one you used. Good stuff. One of the few things short of mind-numbing prescription meds that I've found which works on my skull-crushers.

Hope you are feeling better. I think the over-indulgence of foods I don't normaly gorge on did a number on me as well.

Yes - I felt like my brain was going ot bleed out my eyes :P I should be grateful - I can't remember when I last had a headache that bad or acid reflux. T.giving may have had something to do with it, but I also gave blood yesterday, and I'm wondering whether that's what scrambled me so!
