Find of the Day: Bag Balm

anotheranonIn contrast to the gloomy posts of the past few things, I actually have some fun stuff to share:
Yes kids, it's chapstick for cows, but it is awesome stuff!
I've heard good things about this stuff from various sewing lists; mostly from knitters/crocheters who laud it from the rooftops for its' ability to keep your hands from drying out while handling moisture-sucking yarns. D. always has a problem with dry hands win the winter, so I picked some up for him (along with Udderly Smooth, which he hasn't tried yet).
Bag Balm is an odorless gunk which feels for all the world like a cross between paraffin and Vaseline, but a little dab will do ya and it really does make your hands feel smooth. Even more interesting (attention![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Long story short, given how it goes a long way D. and I are sharing it, and I'm looking forward to a winter devoid of cold, chapped hands, dried out nails, and torn up cuticles, hurrah!
