anotheranonFor some reason today my hands and wrists are aching. No, not sharp/numb repetitive stress pain, but a dull weakness with tremors. Not fun. My hands do get back to feeling normal when I use my gel squeeze-ball, but only temporarily. Think I'm going to pull out the Icy Hot when I get home, this too will pass.
I'm currently going through every link on the site, flipping between it and episode synopses at Sadgeezer. Repetitive work but must be done to make sure everything transferred over to the new server as it should. There is a lot of activity around here today; I'm concerned that Things Are Going Wrong. Luckily, due to the upcoming holiday web traffic is down so we can fix these things quietly and relatively uninterrupted.
Irritated because Amazon reports that some of my gifts have only been prepared for shipping TODAY - still a slight chance that they will get where they need to be on time but I didn't intend to cut it this close; some of this stuff was ordered over a week ago.
I have booked myself in for a salt scrub and "Vichy shower" (whatever that is) at a local spa this Saturday, which I will GRATEFULLY enjoy after these past few weeks of posture-wrecking desk work and lazy slobbing around the house. I really need to get moving physically again. I've been doing stretching (I can now get my hands 6" from the floor when I touch my toes, as opposed to my record of 4-5" below the knees) but not much in the way of aerobic stuff that would get the heart pumping, which is what I really need right now.
Speaking of which, think I will go take a short walk around the building.
