semmie17 for pointing the way: Sithcamaro, Dark Lord and Tailor (in frames - bad web developer, bad!). Featured: Side by side comparison between the original Jack Sparrow costume and his version (peeled out of frames for your convenience).
Rumor has it that he bought a stunt-double's gear off Ebay and copied it stitch for stitch, but the pictures look like they could have been saved from Ebay's site, no purchase necessary, so I'm not entirely convinced. :P Impressive work though, even if he didn't get a hold of an original - I'd forgotten how much can be done with epoxy clay! And yes, the props in particular amaze me, simply because I've not made that many, having primarly stuck to the garments...
Haven't had a chance to look at the rest of the site yet, but I think I remember this guy as Darth Maul at CC21.
