In other news, I need to re-start my habit of drinking a glass of water before breakfast and before dinner - I get home from work STARVING and end up eating too much, and my skin is looking a bit ragged besides.

Roasted salted almonds are my new crack - and they're healthy too (ok, granted, this site might be a bit biased)! I'd provide a site that says they're low carb too, except for some reason all the Atkins-y sites are slow this morning - check it yourself. Can't eat just one :)
