My source for stretch vinyl and pleather has dried up! Peeves me to no end, because she was really GOOD - that's where I got the metallic green for the Farscape duster. And I mailed her only a month or two ago, and she assured me that Buny's E Fabrics were still in business....

Now must find another vendor - not like I don't have about 4 rolls of different colored vinyl already, but I need to know where I can get more.. in case I need it, you see. Because couldn't we all use a little more stretch vinyl?

I don't know your sewing skill, but Simplicity came out with some patterns for men's dusters based on those seen in "The Matrix" - not identical, but close. Also Karlsweb (http://www.karlsweb.com) has some how-tos.

Of course; if you only have four colors now, what happens when you need a color that isn't one of them? =)

I did find another source (http://www.lycrahouse.com/stretchvinyl.htm) and they seem to have every color of the rainbow, including metallics. Decent prices too, just wish I knew more about them.

Thank positive thoughts ... a new vendor might have 10x as many colour choices.
