anotheranonD. and I have finally figured out the ratio of candy to trick-or-treaters: usually we have too much or too little, but this year we were just right, and have only 5 4 Bubble Yums as leftovers.
Just as trick or treaters were winding down, friends coming over were winding up! All of us except D. dressed; me in my Farscape duster,![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
geekchick as a "Fairy Goth-Mother" (he r description), DW was pimptastic and HH was devilish.
It was potluck and movies, but we mostly talked; food was outstanding and company better :) Cats even came out and were friendly, mostly because of their extreme attraction to the fairy goth-mother wings ;)
I hadn't had people over in a long time before last night; I should defintely have company more often. There's an energy one can get from being around others that can't really be emulated any other way.
