While the suggestion in the comments to "Turn the white house so that it is legally part of amsterdam, bring in all the illegal stuff that is legal in amsterdam with Air Force one, and force the entire Christian Coalition to watch, and duct tape all the televangelists to the celing [sic]" is tempting, I don't think it would be completely unrealistic to ask for the tax cuts to be repealed, would it?

I must ask: exactly *what* is "the Axis of Chocolate"?

I'm not exactly sure. I think it's a take on an insult delivered to the Belgians by an American politician re: being "chocolate-eaters" (like that's a bad thing?), but I can't find a reference to it just now!
