Nov. 3rd, 2001 07:34 pmMuch as I love this warm weather, there is something very wrong with 70F+ weather in November. I guess Bush & Co.'s theory that there is no such thing as global warming is shot to hell.
Yesterday I heard back from an old college friend who I had not been able to find for a couple of years. Its good to know that he hasn't fallen off the face of the world, and is actually doing quite well. He seems so much happier than he did a few years ago.
Sewing projects continue. Looks like I may finish the coat this weekend.
While the weather is nice enough to fool my energy levels into thinking its spring, I have been cleaning closets and moving things around. My SAD is more than just lack of light, its lack of heat as well. As soon as the temperature drops its back to the "blowtorch" lightbox and sipping coffee to stay awake.
Trying to finish my mens Elizabethan class homework but for some reason my IE5 has been slower than mud all of this week and getting to the pages I need is ridiculous (Netscape isn't much better, and won't let me right-click to open pages in separate windows). D. says its partly our side, partly our providers side but I half-wonder if its not some pre-programmed meltdown by Micro$oft to force us all to update to IE6.
