Great Modern Invention: Lactaid ice cream

anotheranonHurrah! Tonight I had the first ice cream I've had in about 3 years, and it didn't feel like I had a sandblaster in my innards. Sweet :)
Did some more sewing and planning.
Also did 100 crunches (ok, 4 sets of 25). Prediction: I will hurt in the morning, but it will have been worth it.
Must remember to start taking a piece of fruit to work with me - I keep buying it and keep leaving it at home and wind up starving by 3 pm.
