Tonight we had the traditional bouting with judges/referee for the last fencing class of the semester. Normally I suffer a form of "performance anxiety" whenever I'm forced to do something in front of an audience, but this time it wasn't nearly as catastrophic. After the first couple of bouts, I was able to tune the judges out. I was able to concentrate for a change. Frustrating, but an improvement.

The dupioni adventure was not entirely fruitless - I found a number of goodies that I'd lost/forgotten I had and concocted a list of stuff I'd love to have ready in time for the MD Rennaissance Faire (but probably wont!) Read more, if you dare.

Good grief - where do you FIND these things! That WMD is hilarious! I almost fell for it!!!! But in my present state of mind I suppose that's to be expected....

It was actually a meme floating around on email. Go to Google, type in "Weapons of Mass Destruction", and hit the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button - I just checked and this is still popping up as the "lucky page" :P
