a hard rain's gonna fall

Or at least so says my weather alert software, which is set up to play Holly from Red Dwarf crying out "Emergency, emergency.. there's an emergency going on" every time there's a weather alert.
However, the National Weather Service has chosen to update ~ every 10 minutes and the soundbyte is getting so repetitive it's starting to sound like "Holly" really does have only the IQ of 6000 P.E. teachers... It's gonna rain, it's gonna pour....No really. Like in a minute. Any time now....and still not a drop in the sky.
So if I fall silent tonight it's because the "hazardous weather" finally got here and spanked my electricity :P
