Panel 3 of this strip just cracks me up, because it reminds me of my own cats, in a role-reversal kind of way.

Kisia - the small grey one, built like a tiny ballet dancer - is the huggy one. She'll purr and fuss and love on you all day if you let her. (Really, geekchick, she will - she just has to get to know you!)

Spice, unfortunately, gets the brunt of all people hugs because she's more round and fuzzy and "huggy", but she's actually very stand-offish. If you want a pet you have to make an appointment, and even then she won't always pencil you in. Every now and then she lets down her guard, mostly so she can get some brush :P

Ouch, and not in a good way! :( I've been tracing the dress pattern onto newsprint (at $50 for the original, I'm not going to cut it), and the stink from the Sharpie has given me a headache. My aching back can be remedied with stretches but nothing for the head except to wait for the Ibuprofen to kick in.

Just a short vent break.. Back to cutting it out so maybe I can cut out the muslin tomorrow/Monday.
