the perfect pantofle

My slippers arrived today. Between these and a mad rush out for catfood and Diet Coke (because D. and the cats will not be denied :P), I think I'm pretty prepared for whatever Isabel throws this way.

Having said this, if I'm silent tomorrow, you'll know why :P

Or hurricane day, take your pick - fed. gov't. is closed tomorrow. Whee!

Only bummer - no fencing either :( I suppose I can do footwork while the world outside blows around.

And I admit, I filled a few bottles with water and put them in the spare bathroom tub. Better safe than sorry!
