Evidently anthropologists have connected humans wearing clothing to the evolution of human body lice - both started about 70,000 years ago.

Isn't that interesting? Didn't you always want to know that? Something to consider next time you pull on a pair of blue jeans...

Or, like me, do you now want to go burn all of your clothes and take a 3 hour shower?

This evening I was able to do an hour's worth of work on my embroidery sampler for the latest sewing project. Embroidery is relaxing, but only to a point - counting the tiny stitches and manipulating the needle is very hard on the eyes and hands!

I enviously watched a Charles Selberg fencing video. Enviously, because my back still hurts and I wanted to practice along with it but figured I probably shouldn't if I want to fence tomorrow. Bad spine, bad spine!

Going to go to bed and try some of the self-shiatsu I've been reading up on. Originally I started looking into it for a character I'm writing, but these techniques actually seem to work, to a degree.
