blurry sneaker watching
Jul. 1st, 2003 06:47 pmMy ailment is definitely either allergies or pollution, or both - my eyes have been watering and itchy all day, and my throat has not much improved. I'd step out for a breath of fresh air except - whoops! there isn't any!
I'm surprised (but childishly amused) that I found an error in the latest Fashion Theory. In the article about African Diaspora clothing, the author lists "Puma sneakers (Gazelles)" as a popular fashion item. Given that I wasn't in New York, Kingston, or London in the 1980s, I'm not questioning their popularity, but the writer must mean Puma Suedes - Gazelles are made by Adidas.
