anotheranonLong day. Hell, it's only Wednesday and it feels like a long week already!
If I work solidly this weekend, I think I can get the duster finished by Thursday (crosses fingers). I just finished one of the "flaps", I think I can get the other three done. So I'll have plenty of time to stress over other things related to Costume Con :P
Leather look pants arrived and fit perfectly - make me feel all tough and Emma Peel-like. Regarding stressing over Costume Con, this means one less thing to have to worry about.
In May I'll be tagging along while G. helps out at some cable access "American Bandstand" type show - costumes, makeup, etc. It will be interesting to see how the set of a tv show works and if I get to help out, all the better :)
Winter is still not over - rain and cold all week with no end in sight. All that fuss about "global warming" but it feels like we're going into another little ice age.
I have been keeping up with the news. As of today US and UK troops have control of Baghdad, but I won't be confident this is over until Saddam Hussein (or his remains) are found.
