It is snowing, so no fencing.

It is just as well, I came home in a cranky mood due to inertia (a process is eating all of my computer's memory, meaning I spent most of the day trying to do other work while dealing with outstanding lag). Crawling along in my car to avoid skidding was not very appealing.

Seems like Iraq has (or had) chemical warheads at some point, though none of the news reports are clear about how old they are or whether there was/is a delivery mechanism that could get them across the Atlantic.

Following up to my own post:

This page on the Russian BM-21 122mm artillery rocket cites a 20-kilometer range, which translates to about 12 miles. It does cite the rocket as a delivery system for chemical weapons.

It seems they still can't attack the American mainland with these. If they're in as good condition as all these news stories claim, they will probably be used against our troops though :(
