It is snowing, so no fencing.

It is just as well, I came home in a cranky mood due to inertia (a process is eating all of my computer's memory, meaning I spent most of the day trying to do other work while dealing with outstanding lag). Crawling along in my car to avoid skidding was not very appealing.

Seems like Iraq has (or had) chemical warheads at some point, though none of the news reports are clear about how old they are or whether there was/is a delivery mechanism that could get them across the Atlantic.

The report I saw described them as 122mm rocket warheads, which makes them battlefield artillery, basically. 122mm rockets are used in Russian-made rocket artillery units; my totally-out-of-my-butt guess for a maximum range is 20 miles. The only way you get them across the Atlantic is put them in a shipping crate.
