Hey lady! I'm trying to broaden my horizons - and get some skills that will be very useful at work... Can you help me find SCA folk on Twitter? And any other way of finding interesting folk on Twitter? I'm now @SophiaTheOrange for personal and @LaraCCoutinho for professional. Trying to keep them separate, but not required. I can try (just started following SophiaTheOrange, btw - I'm adotnon).

Best way to search for SCA is to type #sca in the Twitter search box. The hash tag before a word singles it out for Twitter's search (may also want to try #pennsic, #gulfwars and the like). Also, putting hash tags in your own tweets may attract people with like interests to you.

Another way to help people find you is to simply post your Twitter ID to your LJ and/or blog.

More as I find it, as I've never tried to consciously expand my Twitter presence!
