Fun little cryptozoology site
Apr. 24th, 2002 09:40 pmMonsterHunters, mostly an ad for some upcoming shows but slick (if inaccessible!) presentation.
The most frustrating thing about cryptozoological/ufo/paranormal websites is that the photos they present as evidence for whatever they're trying to prove are inevitably lowered in quality to make them web-ready. This is one field in which detailed originals are really necessary to constitute any kind of proof and a compressed .jpg just won't cut it.
It looks like this series is going to be as much about the "monster hunters" as about the monsters themselves. I hope it doesn't end up reinforcing the notion that people interested in weird stuff like this are all "tinfoil hat wearers".
