***flexes book-built muscular fingers*** Well, unfortunately it's not transplantable, but I can tell you how to acquire the digital strength (without losing dexterity) if you want; however it's gonna take a long while before it's at a useful level (and it's not just lifting books at random ... if that was all there was to it, I wouldn't be surrounded by the weak-fingered/gripped at work)
