status report

Seems like all of the herbal goodies I picked up last week are starting to work. Some of my long-standing injuries seem to be finally healing up. Won't know how the bruise stuff works until I actually get some bruises to test with; I start fencing again next week but I'm sure I'll run into a table before that.

The cats are insane - wind and "bug season" is driving them nuts; I hope they find something to kill soon lest they pummel each other! Spice favors colder weather though - when she stretches out and starts to keel onto her back its a good indicator that she is feeling too warm.

I'm feeling tired and lackluster but still trying to avoid jacking up on java.

More later. I should probably try and take care of a few odds and ends before my appointment.
