physical/exercisey stuff

1) balestras + adding weight to my dumbells = very sore and stiff this morning. In a good way, yet still kind of not.

2) Trying out new kind of contact lens that ideally I can sleep in for a month. [Looks at clock]. Today I've gone about 14 hours and while I'm not ready to sleep in them yet, this is the longest stretch I've worn a pair of contacts in a couple of years. I hope they work out - being able to sleep in lenses would be lots during travel (wouldn't have to pack bottles/tubes and glasses).

As a fellow wearer, I'll be interested to hear your report on the contacts ... always good to have data other than the manufacturer's self-praise. :-)
