Date: 2007-02-09 01:08 am (UTC)I just started following the Women's Body Sculpting Bible program - I'm just on week 2. It's been rough waking up at 6am to run through the program (3 days a week of weight training, and 3 days a week where I do a brief cardio workout).
I'm hoping that it does transform my look - I've been itching to get toned arms for a while. I love being able to lift heavy things and defy the eejits who think that women can't be strong.
