earmarks: A vending machine that vends books! MUCH better for you than candy or soft drinks! I'd SO go for this in almost any/every public space (MVA - please????)
The writer of the article chose "The Night Watch" (this machine is in Ireland - I'm guessing Sarah Waters is popular enough to be included with the likes of Stephen King there, which is the only author I can make out in the picture). I'm still waiting for the local library to get their copy out of HQ for me - I'd be less irritated at the delay if I were just further down the hold list, but come on - it's been three weeks - release the damn book already!
