Have just finished 3/4 of the lower body part of that workout ... certainly woke my hamstrings (the most pathetic muscles on my entire body) up. ***grin*** Felt very good and 'twas most convenient not to have to move all the sewing projects off the weight bench (I substituted 30 military situps and 50 regular crunches for the bench crunches). MUST find something stable to use for the calf exercises ... in the Lethbridge house the doorway between the kitchen and the back entry was a single step down of the perfect height for this; current apartment is FAR too level. :p Thanks so much for posting that link. :-)
