Minor things of note (mostly for my own memory): Is it just me or is it ironic that the current middle ages has their own internet news service? I'm fairly sure the internet is not quite that old (I can hear the snarky hollers of "it's not period!" :P), but it does have some news on archaeological finds, so I think I'll bookmark this!

Also the plague episode of Secrets of the Dead, a series I really should try harder to see. Epidemiology is a hobby of mine (not a hands-on one, mind - I'm not that brave), but I'm surprised I've not heard about this at work - the doctor interviewed works at NIH.

Oh yes, and whooped much ass at fencing tonight. Fenced everyone who stayed late enough and then some! Feel much better now :)
