In June. In the nation's capital, land of hot, muggy, sticky, hellish summers.
Even the cicadas have gone silent (likely, they've frozen to death - I imagine Brood XI in 17 years will be awfully thin at this rate)!
I had chalked up "The Day After Tomorrow" as "just a movie", but now I'm wondering...
