anotheranonNot a bad one, all considered. The one drawback is that I still find it difficult to just relax and "hang out". Whenever I try and break my mind out of lockstep it just doesn't work!
Did my usual had-to-do stuff yesterday and stayed up far too late last night; tried to relax today but ended up working on the Pink Thing most of the afternoon (would have been pleasant, but I hate doing gathers). Staying up too late + finally getting still to read a book later in the day = kept nodding off and wound up with grinding headache.
Thoughts: cynical about going back to work tomorrow and dealing with "golden retriever" people (i.e. very bouncy, friendly people). Wishing I'd thought of taking a pain killer sooner. Hoping the Pink Thing doesn't completely destroy my love of sewing; note to self: don't ever work under a deadline again!
I'm sure I'll be fine tomorrow but just everything is getting on my nerves just now. I'll live.
