Now that was some good rant. ;) Yeah, equating homosexuality with bestiality, rape and child abuse is one of my pet peeves. Right up there with "well, if humans evolved from monkeys, then why are there still monkeys?". I don't know, Bonzo. I guess some of us are just smarter than others. ;)

I've never understood how people can make that analogy. One involves consensual acts between mature adults, the others involve violent acts against parties that don't have the ability/chance to consent. Apples and oranges.

And yet they never ask why, if dogs evolved from wolves, there are still wolves. Sheesh, by that logic, shouldn't our parents drop dead the second we "evolve" from them?

I love that she ranted and yelled and said all of the blatantly obvious things that needed to be said, but did so articulately - there isn't any question that she thought this out carefully and knows exactly what she's saying.
